Returning your product 

If you purchased your product online, you can arrange a refund, exchange or repair over the phone or by logging into your account.

Unwanted products

Please call the customer services team on + 44 (0) 1268 882 110 to arrange collection. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling. 

You can also arrange a return by emailing info@seaswiftproducts.com. Please ensure that you provide your order number before sending your email.  An unwanted product can be returned within 21 days of delivery as long as the product is still in its original, unopened packaging.

We cannot return unwanted items after 21 days of purchase, nor can we return items that have been used.

In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned open so long as you let us know you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition and must not have been used.

Faulty products

As with store purchases, we are always here for you if an online purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault. 

Call our contact centre on + 44 (0) 1268 882 110 and we may be able to help solve the problem over the phone.

If the product is faulty, you always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 21 days of delivery. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Damaged products

If you receive a damaged product, please call our contact centre within 48 hours of delivery on + 44 (0) 1268 882 110. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible. Collection/exchange of the damaged item is free. 

Cancelling an order   

If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call + 44 (0) 1268 566 666 to inform us as to whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling or click here to download an order cancellation form. 

Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.

If it is too late to cancel your delivery, please call the customer services team on + 44 (0) 1268 882 110 to discuss an exchange or refund. 

Returning over the phone

If you cannot get online, web and phone purchases can be returned over the phone. Please call + 44 (0) 1268 882 110 to speak to our customer services team to discuss a refund or exchange. Please have your order number to hand to speed up the process.
